We should start this interview post by first saying the Miss Silk was the first guest we ever had who used a vibrator the entire interview. Now that we got that out in the open….Alexandra started off as a Las Vegas stripper. A chance meeting with the one and only Jenna Jameson, followed by the gracious networking of the hedge-hog himself, Mr Ron Jeremy is how Alexandra Silk got her start in the adult industry. Her first scene was with the venerable Randy West. Since then she has never looked back and has nabbed just about every adult industry award possible including being inducted to the AVN Hall of Fame. In a scant couple months Alexandra will also be inducted into the XRCO Hall of fame. She has appeared in over 400 films, a truly staggering amount. Alexandra is also one of those girls who defies conventional wisdom. She doesn’t look like a cliche pornstar. She falls into the vein of girls who’s performances are so hot that their sex appeal goes off the charts eclipsing other performers with more conventional pornstar looks. Think of the legendary Chloe or the more recent Amber Chase.
Not only is Alexandra a prolific performer, she is also an activist in her own right. She works with the Free Speech Coalition as well as the International Professional Surrogates Association. She has spent most of her career humanizing adult performers and trying to foster more positive attitudes towards women in the adult industry to the public at large. Her work in these areas is yet another example of just how compassionate she really is. Alexandra tells MB she got into porn because she wanted to help people. She is dead serious and to this end she has truly contributed. Alexandra says that the brain is the most potent and important sex organ we have. Spot on.
Alexandra tells MB, in graphic details about her recent visit to a Swingers club in Vegas. Spoiler alert, more than 30 guys were thought to be involved.
