Our guest on today’s show is known to millions around the world from her stint on the TV series Family Business on Showtime, chronicling the ins and outs of the Seymore Butts franchise. Mari Possa was born in El Salvador amidst a civil war. When she was 8 years old she and her parents moved to the USA. The change was more than drastic, from a rural farm life in the El Salvadorian country to apartment living in the California city of Reseda. The culture shock was extreme but Mari settled in quite well. Her first sexual experience was with another girl and at the time Mari didn’t even consider it sex. Despite this open-minded outlook, Mari was fairly conservative girl.
She didn’t even have her first sexual experience with a man until she was in college! (Thankfully for us she describes this in detail) She had a job as a legal secretary and was thoroughly bored. When she noticed a help wanted ad in a newspaper for an “entertainment” company she thought to herself that it sounded a lot more interesting than her current gig. Turns out it was a job for the world renowned Adam Glasser, also more commonly known as Seymore Butts.
Many of you are no doubt familiar with the Showtime reality show The Family Business which chronicled the business of the Seymore Butts family business and also featured a great deal of Mari, who moved up from being the secretary to being Seymore’s personal assistant. The show also chronicled Mari’s transition from behind the camera to eventually starring in sex scenes. Mari credits this transition to several factors, one she was on set so often she became comfortable with the atmosphere, secondly her friendships with the female talent added to the appeal of being a performer and lastly she saw how happy the girls were as performers. This was enough for Mari and she took the leap and started appearing in films.
For a while Mari wanted to see what a “normal” life was like and she took a job in customer service at a major clothing retailer. Lets just say it didn’t work out, thanks gawd for us!. Mari tells MB about breaking into the world of anal sex as well as her first anal scene, she talks about her relationship with Seymore Butts, her plans for the future and her thoughts on marriage. She also tells MB about her hiatus from porn and her buzz-worthy return to the industry. By the way for folks Mari is planning on hitting the pole and practicing her dance moves so she might be feature dancing at a club near you in the future.
