It’s a great program and it’s been running in some form since the 1970s, though some fuckwads have opposed it on the grounds that encourages “teens to have sex.” Luckily no one has paid attention to the fuckwads and this important public service has saved lives , protected against numerous nasty STIs, and has made the city that much funner for us brokeasses.
In an even awesomer move the city has just released a new free smartphone app that will tell you where the nearest location that distributes the free condoms. It even uses the phone’s GPS to give turn by turn walking directions to go find the free dick-wraps.
