One thing we like to do here at Peeperz is check and then double check a girl’s age before posting pictures of her. Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, doesn’t seem to care all that much. Hilton is getting a whole lot of slack for posting an upskirt shot of Miley Cyrus on his Twitter account while the pop star was getting out of a car sans panties. It doesn’t matter that Miley is 6 months away from turning 18, under current US laws the pic could be considered child pornography.
After a quick bitch slap backhand from Twitter, Hilton removed the pic. At this time LA police and prosecutors told TVGuide that no action has been taken.
Considering the US is now leveling felony child porn charges against teenagers who send nude and semi nude pics to other teenage friends, we’re curious what will happen with a grown man posting a picture on a social media site of an underage girl.
What have we as bloggers learned from this? Making sure the vagina pic you’re about to post is attached to something legal is right up there with checking your sources.
