I’m not exactly for giving incarcerated prisoners any perks, but at least let them have some porno. It only makes sense that they can have some titty pics behind bars, as I’m sure it gives a good uhhhh outlet for sex starved men and has made group showering a lot more safe. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying criminals should just get to lay in bed and jerk it all day on the taxpayer’s dime, but I’m sure the occasional access to a skin mag cuts down on prison violence and bunkmate rape.
This issue is currently in the news as most prisons at least allow softcore magazines like Playboy, but porn of any kind is banned at the detention center in Moncks Corner, South Carolina and rights group the ACLU is fighting for the jailbird’s right to pornography-behind-bars.
The prison said they’re not going to budge and dirty pictures of any kind will be allowed in their prison, so a court hearing for the ACLU to argue their case has been set for next month.
