When Richard Weiner suspected the real estate agents he hired to sell his New Jersey home were abusing the property he had handed them the keys to, he did what any of us would have done- he setup security cameras and caught them in flagrante delicto!

Richard Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan were subcontracted in 2011 by the Coldwell Banker real estate firm to sell the home, and apparently they thought it had potential. Sexy Potential.

The pair is accused of jacking the price of the house up to $650,000 so that it would remain unsold and they could continue to use it as an impromptu sex den. Wiener claims to have caught them on camera making out in the kitchen and having sex in the master bedroom at least 10 times.

When the pair was confronted at the house the very next month, Wiener and his wife actually caught the pair in the middle of a romp. Before Lindsay could pull his pants up, he and Phelan were fired and everyone lawyered up.

Weiner is accusing the sex loving real estate agents of mishandling his property and turning it into a “cheap motel” for their trysts. He also had some harsh words to say about the pair, adding:

“The public should be aware of what could go on, when you hand someone the keys to your home. […] If Coldwell Banker’s realtors put as much effort into selling our home, as they did each other, we wouldn’t be in this situation today.”

In response to these absurd and entirely true claims, Lindsay and Phelan are countersuing for $1 million. That’ll show them.

The frisky realtors, both of whom are married to other people, claim that Wiener tried to blackmail them before they were fired from the job they were doing a horrible job at. Coldwell Banker has cut all ties with the independent contractors and stated they haven’t listed or sold a house on their behalf since these accusations came to light- so they have plenty of free time to see this case through.

Though clips of the footage were leaked to news outlets, there isn’t really any sex shown. This is understandable considering the legal drama unfolding and the fact that it features two married people who would never agree to have it released. Tough break!
