Ever notice your fave pornstar isn’t on Facebook? She doesn’t have a profile so you can friend her or a fan page where you write dirty things to her and post your some sexy pics? It’s probably because porn performers have a hard time keeping their Facebook profiles up because the social networking site is notoriously prudish and uptight over anything sexual…as well as incredibly innocent things they consider risque.

FB has has taken it to some pretty ridiculous extremes, we’ve made this list of the top 5 examples of them censoring material they find too “sexual”.

5. Famous Painting of A Women’s Back

Here’s a famous painting by Dali of a women’s back, it’s pretty tame,  I’ve seen some fruits and vegetables racier than this,

Like this carrot

But this back was too much for Facebook and they removed the image when it was posted to an art appreciation FB group.

4. Naked Bike Riding Day

Hey hippies, get a fucking car and get your nudie bicycle pics off of Zuckerberg’s social network.

3. Nirvanas Nevermind Album CoverNirvana’s Nevermind is one of the best known albums of the ’90s and has sold over 30 million copies worldwide. It was recently remastered and re-released, but when this news, along with the album cover, were posted on the Nirvana FB page the cover image was censored by Facebook.

2. Breast Feeding Mothers

Proud moms giving their kids some food found their Facebook pictures mysteriously deleted and some of the mothers were even kicked off the site.

1. Breast Cancer Survivors

The Breast Cancer Awareness Body Painting Project raises awareness of breast cancer by making beautiful images by painting onto the exposed bodies of breast cancer survivors and photographing the results. The creator of the project stated

“I want them to be in oncology clinics and children’s hospitals. I’ve gone out of my way to make them non-sexual people  put their hands on the pictures, crying. They can empathize and just learn and be more aware.”

You know where this is going! All the photos uploaded to Facebook were taken down by FB for violating their terms of service regarding nudity…..

Fuck you Facebook.
